"A brief note of thanks to EVERYONE for the effort put forth last evening to make both of our events the successes they were.
From the sales phase, through the planning process, and throughout the events themselves we were on our game and delivered superior events and outstanding customer service. The feedback received from Mr. Carl during service was "excellent" and "I couldn't be more pleased". Throughout the evening we received similar comments from the planning team as well as their invited guests.
We're all going through tough times with what this economy is doing but a cool experience it was watching everyone pull together to make this happen. From what I observed several of you had a pretty enjoyable experience as well.
Again, a heart felt thanks to you for taking such care of a valued client and what are sure to be customers for life.
